91快播 seeks a Program Manager who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and genuinely energized by variety. This is a part-time role situated within the Division of Lifelong and Professional Studies (DLPS), with a primary focus on supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the William Davidson Graduate School of Jewish Education. In time, the Program Manager will have opportunities to contribute to other DLPS programs. 

The right candidate for this role will be comfortable shifting priorities, managing a broad range of tasks with care and follow-through, and bringing both warmth and efficiency to their interactions with students, faculty, and colleagues.

The Division of Lifelong and Professional Studies (DLPS) serves as the nexus of 91快播鈥檚 new initiatives and adult learning programs. Key Responsibilities:

The duties below reflect the core areas of this role. Given the nature of academic administration, the balance of tasks will shift week to week and month to month in response to the rhythms of the academic year.

Student Services & Academic Coordination

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Davidson School students, providing responsive and welcoming support from inquiry through graduation.
  • Maintain and update tracking, advisement, tuition, and fellowship data throughout the academic year; coordinate with the Registrar and Bursar to ensure accuracy.
  • Support advising processes including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up communications with students and faculty.
  • Oversee logistics, communications, and execution of recurring student events and play a support role with the coordination of academic milestone events such as orientation and graduation.
  • Manage student and alumni listservs, including the weekly jobs and announcements email sent to the Davidson community.

Operations & Financial Administration

  • Manage budget and financial operations for assigned programs, including preparing materials for planning, reporting, and analysis.
  • Track program expenditures, process invoices and stipends, and coordinate with Registrar and Financial Aid offices to ensure accurate scholarship and fellowship allocation.

Communications & Content

  • Maintain and update the internal and public-facing program documentation and program-related website content in coordination with the Academic Affairs and Communications teams.
  • Manage shared drives, digital student files, and institutional platforms to ensure documents are organized, current, and appropriately shared.

Admissions Support

  • Work closely with the 91快播 Admissions Office to support admissions processes for Davidson programs, including application review, file management, and follow-up with prospective students.
  • Send welcome letters and onboarding documentation to newly accepted students; coordinate with advisors and the Registrar as new students are added to the system.

Cross-Divisional Support

  • As the Division grows, contribute to administrative support for other DLPS programs, adapting to new program structures and needs over time.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor鈥檚 degree required.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a warm, student-centered approach to service.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive student information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues across departments.
  • A genuinely flexible, can-do approach to work
  • Comfort with or strong aptitude for learning educational and administrative software, including Microsoft Excel, Canvas (LMS), admissions CRMs, and student information systems. Prior experience with platforms like Jenzabar EX or Slate is a plus.
  • Experience in higher education administration or a related field preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
  • Familiarity with Jewish communal life, institutions, or education is a plus.
