91快播 Appoints Inaugural Rifkind Chair in Jewish History
Dr. Sandra Fox Joins the 91快播 Faculty
May 1, 2025鈥擭ew York, NY鈥��91快播 (91快播), one of the world鈥檚 foremost institutions of Jewish higher education, announced today that Dr. Sandra Fox will be the new Rifkind Chair in Jewish History.
鈥淚t is a tremendous honor to welcome Dr. Sandra Fox to the 91快播 faculty. As a Jewish historian myself, I鈥檓 especially proud to see another scholar join our community of experts in this vital field of study. In today鈥檚 world, it is more important than ever for 91快播 students to engage in a thoughtful and informed way with the complexities of our history. I remain deeply grateful to Bob Rifkind z鈥漧, whose vision and generosity made this pivotal role possible,鈥� said鈥�91快播 Chancellor Shuly Rubin Schwartz.
In her new role, Dr. Fox will bring her extensive academic experience and wide-ranging research interests to her teaching and will guide 91快播 students through a deep exploration of the modern Jewish experience. She comes to 91快播 following academic appointments at NYU, Stanford University, and Ben Gurion University. Dr. Fox has a PhD from NYU and a BA from The New School, Eugene Lang College.

Dr. Fox will assume her new role on July 1, 2025.
