Rabbi Dahlia Bernstein, Director of Recruitment and Admissions for Religious and Ritual Leadership and Assistant Dean of The Rabbinical School, leads recruitment and admissions for The Rabbinical School, the H. L. Miller Cantorial School, the Master鈥檚 in Spiritual Care and Counseling, and the Master鈥檚 in Ritual Leadership. She also serves as an academic advisor and assistant dean for first-year rabbinical students, supporting them as they navigate the transition into rabbinical school and begin their 91快播 journey.

A proud 91快播 alumna, Rabbi Bernstein graduated from List College, the William Davidson School, and The Rabbinical School. Her connection to 91快播 began well before her professional career: as a student, she served as an admissions intern both as an undergraduate and again during rabbinical school. These experiences give her a unique perspective on the admissions process and a deep understanding of the student experience.

Throughout her career, Rabbi Bernstein has been committed to building vibrant, inclusive Jewish communities through innovation, relationship-building, and strategic leadership. Following ordination, she served as a congregational rabbi in Bellmore, New York. Most recently, she was Senior Director of Jewish Engagement and Care Services and Founding Director of the Karen Kolodny Center for Jewish Culture, Heritage, and Diversity at JCC Mid-Westchester. She has also worked as a Certified Professional Coach and as a mid-career fellow with Atra鈥擟enter for Rabbinic Innovation.

Rabbi Bernstein is passionate about helping people find meaningful paths into Jewish leadership and supporting the next generation of rabbis and Jewish professionals.
